VR 5/05 Tomah W 7-5

The weather cooperated and the Spartans were anxious to avenge an earlier season loss to the Tomah Timberwolves. Matt B. and Ben S. pitched very well and held the Timberwolves to 5 runs. At the plate the Spartans were paced by Craig M. and Taylor H., who were both 2-4. Spartans with rbis for the game were Taylor H. (2), Craig M. (1), Casey O. (1), Ian A. (1), and Bryant M (1). Jesse A. did a great job courtesy running for the pitcher, stealing 2 bases and scoring 2 runs. "The team played well, we lessen the errors and got good pitching and timely hitting.
