Almost There
Thanks to some hard work from Bryan Jandt and Paul Knoll we were able to get the batting cages up and spread some lime on the bullpen mound and home plate area. The field is getting there, but not quite ready to play on.

Sparta Baseball 2008
How hard we are willing to work will decide our fate for this coming year. The MVC is always a competitive conference and the teams that execute and have the least amount of physical and mental breakdowns will come out on top. Brett Favre's comment about still being able to show up on Sunday and play, but not having the drive the other six days to prepare is true for all of us. Alot of us enjoy baseball and playing during games. It is those that work hard in the off season and during practice that will succeed.
